A deductible of 30% of original purchase price plus shipping charges applies for refurbishing costs. Should the ring no longer be sold the warranty will apply to similarly priced styles. We liked the ring when it got here but it was too big so we had to send it back. Received a call from the company saying that they didn't have the size we needed but they would exchange it for any other one on their web site. Customer service very good!!
